If you are looking to blast past your Olympic Lifting plateaus and/or just learn a little more about Olympic Lifting come join Scott's 4 week Olympic Lifting Workshop! No matter if you are an advanced, intermediate, or beginner athlete - these workshops will benefit you.
Remember, the smallest movement corrections can lead to HUGE benefits including new sought after personal records, more efficient movement patterns, and overall safer lifts to stay healthy and strong!
In order to give you the most personalized experience we will be capping both the workshops at 12 athletes with the option of two workshops a week. The workshop begins August 9 and will run twice a week on Friday at 6:30pm and Sunday at 10:00am.
For the first 10 people to sign up for the entire workshop by July 31st, you'll pay a reduced rate of $159. Starting August 1st the rate increases to $179.
If you would like to attend a single workshop, the rate will be $49/session.

Following your sign up, we will send you an confirmation email. Once confirmed we will process your payment through Wodhopper.
