Double unders are a movement that relies heavily on muscle memory, rhythm, consistency, and form. In this seminar we are going to break the DU all the way down to the most basic elements and then build them back up from there. Any skill level is welcome and the goal is to have every athlete leave being able to do more double unders than they could before. BUY A JUMPROPE and come hang out at the gym on a Saturday morning!
