Starting January 12th @ 11:15 and continuing from then on, EVERY SUNDAY!
This is a great opportunity to work on running and endurance if you are training for events like the Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, other mud runs, fun runs, 5Ks and 10Ks, and even Ironman.
It's for people of all abilities, experience and speeds! The distance and speed is flexible and can be changed depending who fancies joining.
Coach Oliver has done a lot of running, competing in Ironman's, ultra marathons, 5k races, obstacle course races! He takes great pride in running techniques and would be very happy to spend time one on one or in group to run, chat and improve the way you move!
Go for a run and then hit a coffee shop maybe some brunch!!!
