Our Mission: To improve overall technique, efficiency and strength in your Olympic lifting movements….and to have fun doing it!
What is Colfax Barbell Club? It is an approach to your training designed around the Olympic lifting movements using the barbell. These movements include the Clean & Jerk as well as the Snatch.
What can you expect from the Colfax Barbell Club? Group training to help improve or strengthen your Olympic lifts through drills, specific practice of the movements as well as volume training based around these lifts.
Why is a barbell club a good choice for you?
Beginner Lifter: You want to learn the basics of the lifts in order to transfer them better into your Crossfit workouts
Intermediate Lifter: You want to gain more confidence in your Olympic lifts

When does the Colfax Barbell Club meet? Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6:30pm - 8pm starting February 4th!
As a Barbell Club, we:
-Teach beginners how to lift properly
-Develop better weightlifters through structured programming
-Have our members get stronger
-We have everyone move through proper ranges of motion to help develop efficient lifting technique. Colfax Barbell Club will get you stronger and better at weightlifting through our coaching and guidance.

USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach
M|WOD Movement and Mobility Specialist
Zach was the 2017 85kg Pacific Weightlifting Association Champion.
He coached multiple athletes to podium during the American Open Series.
He has run multiple successful Weightlifting teams who compete on a regular basis.
