A New Year is upon us and we want to start it off strong!!! We want to help each and every one of you reach your wellness goals for this year. That means bridging the gap between nutrition and fitness by developing long term, sustainable habits that sets you up for a lifetime of success. It's NOT a diet; it's a lifestyle change!
--> So what will this challenge look like? It will be 6 weeks of committing to nutrition, fitness and wellness tasks. This will include keeping a food log, working out at least 4x a week, and completing your weekly wellness tasks.
--> How will you gage progress? Each participant will get a baseline body composition scan on the InBody machine at week 1 and will retest again at week 6. Participants will also be asked to complete a specific benchmark workout during week 1 and retest again at week 6. (Modifications and accommodations will be provided.)
--> What will you receive? 2 personal remote check ins with nutrition coach, Lexi, 16 at home/bodyweight/travel workouts (if needed), a 6 week wellness task calendar, and of course, happiness and #GAINZZZ!
The challenge is $49 for members and $59 for non-members. That's right! ANYONE can join! So bring your friends, family, coworkers, roommates, neighbors and dogs! (Ok, the dogs are just for Esther & Lexi to pet.)
