Skill sessions are one on one training sessions for you to work with a coach on skills and movements of your choice. Skill sessions are open to CrossFit Colfax members and non members.
They are great for:
Learning and developing new and difficult skills,
Breaking through plateaus,
Perfecting technique and
Building confidence with movements.
Skill sessions last for 30 or 60 minutes depending on what you'd like to work on.
